Terms of Service

1. The service

Prompt Psychology provides educational material about artificial intelligence and communication with AI systems. Module 1 is available free of charge after account registration so progress can be recorded. Full course access is currently offered for a one-time payment of £29.

The course is educational information. It is not professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, activities carried out through your account, and informing us if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts and paid access are personal and may not be transferred, resold or shared as a substitute for another person's purchase.

3. Licence to use the course

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use Prompt Psychology course material for your own learning. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the course content or intellectual property to you.

4. Lifetime access

“Lifetime access” means access to the purchased Prompt Psychology course for as long as Prompt Psychology continues to operate and makes that course available to purchasers. It does not guarantee that the website, hosting platform or every individual feature will operate indefinitely.

Reasonable technical, accessibility, security and editorial changes may be made without removing the substance of the purchased course. If the service is permanently discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.

5. Acceptable use

You must not resell, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the course; share paid access commercially; circumvent authentication or payment controls; scrape or automatically reproduce paid course material for redistribution; interfere with the operation or security of the service; or use Prompt Psychology unlawfully.

Reasonable personal notes and quotations for private study are permitted.

6. Educational outcomes

Prompt Psychology explains concepts, methods and approaches intended to improve understanding of AI systems. No particular academic, employment, financial, business or other outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on the learner, the AI system being used and the circumstances in which the material is applied.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise credited, Prompt Psychology course content, written material, original diagrams, branding and instructional structure are owned by or licensed to Damian Gozzett. Third-party names, trademarks and products remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Payments and digital access

Payments are processed through Stripe. Successful payment gives the purchasing account full-course access subject to these Terms and the Refund Policy. Prompt Psychology does not store complete payment-card details.

Paid digital access is normally made available immediately after Stripe confirms successful payment. Prompt Psychology does not rely on a customer waiving the voluntary 14-day refund period described in the Refund Policy.

9. Refunds and consumer rights

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. It provides a 14-calendar-day refund route for the paid course and additional protection for unresolved technical access failures.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied as agreed.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Prompt Psychology reasonably available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, hosting problems, security work or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Prompt Psychology is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from use of the educational material or third-party AI services.

You remain responsible for checking AI-generated information before relying on it where accuracy or consequence matters.

12. Changes to the service or Terms

These Terms may be updated where reasonably required for legal, security, technical or service changes. Material changes affecting existing paid access will not be used to remove statutory rights or retrospectively take away the substance of the course purchased.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply to them.
