1. Trader identity

DGDigital is not registered for VAT. Prompt Psychology is a trading service/brand and is not a separate legal entity from its operator.

2. The service and free access

Prompt Psychology provides educational material about artificial intelligence and effective human direction of AI systems. Module 1 is free after account registration so learning progress can be recorded. The paid service is a monthly membership currently priced at £8.99 per month.

The course is educational information. It is not professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.

3. Paid membership

An active paid membership unlocks Modules 2–10, paid-module checkpoints, ongoing curriculum updates made available during the membership, and optional Live Teacher clarification subject to the usage allowances shown in the product.

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals using the membership-management route provided through your account. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the current paid period does not remove access before that period ends.

When paid access ends, Module 1 remains available and your saved course progress and checkpoint history are retained with your account unless deletion is required or requested under applicable data-protection rules.

4. Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, activity through your account, and informing us if you believe the account has been compromised. Accounts and memberships are personal and may not be transferred, resold or shared to avoid another person's subscription.

5. Licence to use the course

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access Prompt Psychology material available to your account. Membership does not transfer ownership of course content or intellectual property.

6. The AI Teacher

The core AI Teacher lesson flow is deterministic and uses authored Prompt Psychology course material. It does not require a live language-model request. Live Teacher clarification is an optional additional feature in subscribed modules and may have per-module limits.

Exhausting a Live Teacher allowance, choosing not to use it, or temporary unavailability of an AI provider does not prevent normal course progression. Live AI responses are supplementary explanations and are not themselves formal checkpoint decisions or professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You must not resell, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the course; share paid access commercially; circumvent authentication, membership or AI-usage controls; scrape paid course material for redistribution; interfere with service security; abuse Live Teacher endpoints; or use Prompt Psychology unlawfully.

Reasonable personal notes and quotations for private study are permitted.

8. Educational outcomes

No academic, employment, financial, business or other outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on the learner, the AI systems used and the circumstances in which the material is applied.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise credited, Prompt Psychology course content, original diagrams, branding and instructional structure are owned by or licensed to Damian Gozzett trading as DGDigital. Third-party names, trademarks and products remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Payments and immediate digital access

Payments and recurring billing are processed through Stripe. Prompt Psychology does not store complete payment-card details.

At checkout you are shown the monthly recurring price and asked to request immediate supply of the paid digital content. Where applicable, you also acknowledge the effect immediate digital-content supply can have on the statutory 14-day cancellation right for content already supplied. This acknowledgement does not prevent you cancelling future monthly renewals.

The consent wording, policy version, account and Stripe Checkout Session are recorded. A downloadable contract confirmation is provided after the first successful payment.

11. Cancellation of future renewals

You may cancel future monthly renewals through the membership-management facility linked from your account. We do not impose an early-cancellation fee for this monthly plan. Unless Stripe or applicable law requires a different outcome, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period and is then restricted to free access.

12. Checkpoints, timing and retakes

Each graded module checkpoint has a 60-minute continuous time limit beginning when the learner starts the attempt. Answers are saved while the attempt is active. Refreshing or reopening resumes the same active attempt rather than restarting the timer.

If time expires, the attempt is closed and graded using saved answers; unanswered questions are treated as incorrect. A new attempt for the same module may begin no sooner than 24 hours after the previous attempt was submitted or expired. Retaking a module does not erase its previous best passing score.

13. Refunds and consumer rights

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. It includes a separate conditional voluntary guarantee for the first subscription payment. Cancellation of future renewals and a refund of a payment already taken are different actions.

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied as agreed.

14. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Prompt Psychology reasonably available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting problems, AI-provider outages, security work or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause temporary interruption.

Course material, interfaces and AI features may be updated to improve accuracy, accessibility, security and teaching quality. Material changes will not be used to remove statutory rights.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Prompt Psychology and DGDigital are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from use of educational material or third-party AI services.

You remain responsible for checking AI-generated information before relying on it where accuracy or consequence matters.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply to them.
