Refund Policy

Prompt Psychology sells full lifetime access to the course for a one-time payment of £29. This policy provides a straightforward refund route and does not reduce any statutory consumer rights.

14-day refund period

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to complete any paid module before making the request.

Paid access begins as soon as Stripe confirms payment, but Prompt Psychology does not require you to give up this 14-day refund period in order to receive immediate access.

Technical access failures

A full refund may also be requested where payment has been successfully taken, Prompt Psychology cannot provide the paid course access purchased, and we are unable to restore that access within 5 working days after the problem is reported.

This technical-access protection is not limited to the 14-day period where Prompt Psychology has failed to provide the purchased digital content.

How to request a refund

Email support@promptpsychology.com from the address used for your Prompt Psychology account. Include the approximate purchase date and state that you want a refund.

Do not send payment-card details by email.

Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method as promptly as reasonably possible and normally within 5 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Paid-course access will be removed when the refund is processed.

Requests after 14 days

After the voluntary 14-day refund period, refunds are assessed against the circumstances and applicable consumer law. A change of mind alone will not normally result in a refund after that period.

Nothing in this policy removes remedies that apply where digital content is faulty, not as described, not supplied as agreed, or otherwise fails to meet statutory requirements.

Payment disputes and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged after a failed checkout, or the payment record does not match your account access, contact support before starting a payment dispute where practical so the transaction and entitlement can be reconciled.
